Hi Guys, I am new to this and I find it interesting. Have no idea how you guys make money out of this, but I am sure it will come to me in good time! the idea and the money!!
Just a little about my little businesses; one is called the Investors Club and I am a support member, and have been for about nearly 3 years now! What I like about the club is that it is Totally FREE! to join, and it has many features to assist people in not just buying the right Investment Properties, (High Capital Growth) but showing you how to hold onto them for next to nothing or very little at the most!
The concept is simple, Buy Good Property and Hold onto it! Never!Never! sell it! and after 7-10 years you can harvest that Capital Growth in those properties, by way of your Equity in them, to the tune of whatever is a comfortable lifestyle for you, TAX FREE! The many features I was talking about are like, Free Legal information, Financial informtion, Property Inspection Reports, Depreciation Reports, all these things and more are all available to members for FREE! O'K you are probably wondering how does the club make it's money? Easy, from the Vendor who is selling their property, just like a normal commercial proposition, only difference is, our members are qualified, so the vendor knows that when our member puts in an Espression of Interest for their property, they are financially approved to go ahead with it, and because of the high number of members in the club, some 4000 actively looking to buy each evening, properties usually listed with the Club turnover within a week! some on the day of listing!! That is the attraction to Vendors, as against local agents, who could take one or two months to find a buyer and then that buyer has another 1-3 months to find finance! We can complete a deal within 35 days! that is our aim! Of course we don't always complete in 35 days, but a lot do!

So that is one part-time business I have going, another I am establishing right now is a world Industry Networking Business Group which includes Finance and Commodity Brokering Business as part of the networking! This means that Network members directing work to other network members, can then also introduce their clients to our network, for the Sale of their products on our site, and if any deals come of it, we get a % commission, and the network member who introduced the client, whose Product we sell, will get at least 10% off our commission. Advertising on our Network Site is FREE! with number of members we are planning to have in our network withing 12 -18 months we should have literally thousands of prospective buyers and sellers looking and checking out our site on a dailey or weekly basis.

Into the future we are looking at perhaps starting a Newsletter for our Network members!

I also run my own Coffe Busines on a busy Suburban Railway Station from the ungodly hours of 3.00am to 10.00am! to home to work on the other businesses!

Socially, my wife and I go dancing every Friday and Saturday nights! We do live a full life and love it, We have five grandchildren and love them all. We have six Children of our own!
